Cylindertank

Vi använder oss av Google Sketchup när vi CADar åt verkstan. Tänk er matrialet är i genomskinligt plexi. Först har vi en bild på mittenplattan i cylindern, cylindern själv samt botten- och toppenplatta.

Projekt beskrivning

Nu har vi redan skrivit en projektbeskrivning på engelska, så... det får gå:

VILM is a cuboid shaped box with faded acrylic glass on its sides and an aluminum frame, standing on its short side. Inside the box there is a cylinder, tank, pump and a manual valve. The purpose of VILM is to regulate the level of fluid in the cylinder.

At startup the cylinder will slide up from the box and lights in the tank and cylinder will light up. In the centre of the cylinder there will be an acrylic glass with Vattenfall AB’s logo milled in it that will light up in green, red or blue depending on the system status (blue at startup).

The level will be controlled either by a external panel on the box or through HMI. Turning the manual valve can simulate system disturbances.

If times alows it and it's possible, we will equip the Siemens System with SMS functionality.
